My Special YouTube Video

So far, I have recorded more than 200 videos at the Philadelphia Zoo. And this is all with a digital still camera - imagine how many I will record when I find a video camera I like!

I like all of the videos I have uploaded to my YouTube account. But, the one shown below is my current favorite.

It was recorded September 27th, 2008, a cloudy Saturday morning. What a wonderful experience it was to stand so close to a majestic creature as she took a refreshing drink of water from the man-made pond built especially for the elephants.

I couldn't help thinking, if I were an elephant, I would surely prefer to be drinking the cool, fresh water provided by the Philadelphia Zoo instead of the water nature provides in the wild.
